One of our “White Space Immersion Exploration” engagements outputted content so rich that our global quick-service restaurant client was able to leverage and utilize the innovation springboards for 7 years, creating more and more ideas on their own.

Due to our constant diligence in strengthening ideas, not watering them down as they continue through the new product development process, all 6 of our final concepts for a global candy manufacturer surpassed initial launch requirements and “Overall Liking” hurdles with flying colors.

Higher performing teams

Through the application of KAI assessments that aide in understanding creative style, we’ve helped build and support the innovation culture of an entire R&D Department (65+ people) by aligning people to the right creative task and reorganizing to better leverage individual’s creative talents for optimal collaboration.

We were the organizers of a client’s global innovation summit, which successfully sparked idea implementation plans across multiple business units. We planned, designed, scripted, directed, produced and facilitated this week-long conference which showcased 100+ prototyped ideas to 100 senior level partners from around the world.
